Booking Instructions

Below you will find instructions on how to use the new Hemma acupuncture online booking system. Included in these instructions is the step by step process on how to login, if you have an existing account or how to create a new account if you have not been to our clinic before.

Booking an appointment

Step 1) Visit Hemma Booking System  By default you are taken to the day view – above you will see 2 additional tabs (week & month) if you would like to book on a future date.

Step 2) Choose if this is – your first time (new clients) or if you have been here before

  •           This is my first time (new acupuncture clients – gives us additional time for your first consultation)
  •           I have been here before (returning client)

Step 3) Once you have selected the day and time range you would like to book you are directed to a page to “select your time”

Step 4) Next you are on the signup / login page. If you have not been to hemma before you will need to create an account (continue to step 5).  If you have been to our clinic before use the login button and follow the password reset instructions below.

Step 5) Fill in the details for your account – for username we suggest using your email address.

Step 6) Confirm your appointment – and we will see you soon!

Forgot your password

Step 1) Follow steps 1 and 2 above.

Step 2) Click Login when you are on the signup page

Step 3) Once here, click the “forgot your password” link. This will take you to a screen to enter in your email – do this and the system will automatically send you your login details.  If you have trouble with this we can look you up in our system and re-set the password to one of your choice.
